About the Role

Leading the production shop floor supervisors to assure the safe, qualitative and quantitative production targets including Zero Incident, assuring Zero Defects, OTD >98 % per agreed time to time production plan(s) and schedules, 100% Inventory accounting and reconcilation.

Job Description

  • Create Machine loading & Scheduling as per the PPC / MRP Demand Requirements
  • Assure Achieving Qualitative & Quantitative production per Customer OTD targets
  • Ensure and report WIP Inventory Quality and Accuracy (Perpetual and Physical Count Cycle)
  • Assure Required Setters and Operators availability and attendance regulation
  • Conformance to Production Work Order On Time Delivery as per Original Promise
  • Ensure Customer Order On Time Delivery as per Original Promise
  • Assuring to Meet Agreed OEE Target through Monitoring, Initiating actions and follow-up and Reporting the impacts
  • Work together with Interfunctionals Viz. PPC, SALES, Engineering, Quality to identify Production Risk and Mitigate
  • Assuring Engineering Documents and Records Availability
  • Drive Kaizen (Safety, People, Skill, Talent, Process, Quality, Setup Change, Tool Cost and etc.,)
  • Following, Driving, ensuring Quality Management System and Customer Specific Compliances
  • Agile Reporting and communication of Performance, Progress, Escalations to Superior / Management

Key Skills

  • Technical & Professional Knowledge required: High Mix Low Volume Machining parts production and Processes
  • Experience required: 8 ~ 10 Years
  • Personal Attributes required: Communication, Leadership, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Organisation
  • Domain / Functional skills required: CNC Turning, Milling, Grinding, etc., Production Scheduling, Machine Loading
