NDT & Welding

NDT Capabilities:
  • Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) – Level 2 & 3 certified technicians
  • Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) – For ferromagnetic materials and weld integrity
Welding Expertise:
  • TIG Welding (GTAW) for high-strength, precision-critical joints
  • Resistance Spot Welding (RSW) for sheet metal components
  • Welders certified to AWS D17.1 and other aerospace standards

Mechanical Assembly

We specialize in aerospace mechanical sub-assemblies, built with precision, durability, and compliance in mind. Our facilities support:

  • Riveting operations (solid, blind, Hi-Lok, and more)
  • Bush and Helicoil insertions using aerospace-grade fixtures
  • Sealing operations with qualified personnel and certified materials

Metrology & Tooling

Accuracy is the cornerstone of aerospace manufacturing. Our dedicated metrology lab ensures every part meets exact specifications using:

  • Gauge calibration systems traceable to international standards
  • High-zoom optical inspection systems (10x and above)
  • CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) with scanning capabilities
