About the Role
Pivotal to production to ensure seamless manufacturing processes are implemented and improved
for qualitative and quantitative parts production by optimising the machining methods,
reducing defects and tooling cost per component.
Job Description
- Assess Manufacturing processes and methods
- Optimise / eliminate the manufacturing processes
- Assure Tooling Cost per Component within the budget and improve
- Assure Relevant Process Changes are in accordance to AS9100D acceptable norms
- Assuring to Enhance Manufacturing OEE through improving the Manufacturing and
Measurement Methods
- Collaborate and Lead Peers and Subpeers Viz. Production, PPC, SALES, Engineering,
Quality to identify Manufacturing Risk and Mitigate
- Mentor Kaizen (Safety, People, Skill, Talent, Process, Quality, Setup Change, Tool Cost
and etc.,)
- Leading, Driving, ensuring Quality Management System and Customer Specific Compliances
- Communicate Manufacturing Production Transition Performance, Progress, Effectiveness

- Domain / Functional skills required: CNC Turning, Milling, Grinding,
Tooling, Fixturing and etc.
